On behalf of the Kriebel’s Bakery team,
We want to take this opportunity to share with you the new standard operating procedures that we have implemented to keep the well-being of our customers and crew at TOP priority.
We are following all CDC guidelines for sanitation and cleanliness inside of our bakery. We have developed additional guidelines and social distancing protocol to protect our team while working to prepare all orders. For the protection of our team and our community, we are asking our customers to abide by the follow:
To our Customers,
- Wearing a mask upon pickup of your order from Kriebel’s Bakery is optional at this time
- Customers are welcomed inside the bakery with a max capacity of 8 people including staff. If you are not comfortable entering the building we do offer curbside pickup. We encourage you to park in our parking lot and remain in your car. When you arrive please call 484-679-1406 and we will bring your order out to your car.
- Payment in advance is preferred via phone call and we email you the receipt for curbside.
- Please be patient as we may have quite a few pickups at the same time and staff is limited.
We are respectfully honoring all federal, state and local health advisories; adjusting protocol to help safeguard the health of our team members through the following efforts.
- Wearing personal protective equipment (masks) when recommended. We will ensure CDC guidelines are being followed to practice social distancing amongst any people in and around the bakery.
- Operating with a limited number of staff members working in the bakery at any one time.
- Wellness checks include asking staff to take their temperature and survey COVID-19 symptoms prior to each shift. Staff is strongly advised not to come into work if any symptoms present.
- Taking measures to ensure our team members maintain appropriate social distancing to avoid close contact with each other.
- Prioritizing good personal hygiene and allowing extra time for our team to properly follow CDC guidelines for increased hand washing.
- Increased routine cleanings of highly-touched surfaces.
- Daily opening and closing procedures have been updated to efficiently clean and disinfect the Bakery per new CDC guidelines.
With Love,
Chef Colleen Kriebel and the Crew
