FAQ about KB Food Truck and our Policies
How do I book the Kriebel's Bakery Food Truck?
Please fill out our Contact Form with your event date and details to check availability first. Once we receive your request, you will be contacted to discuss all of your options. Please allow 2 days for email response. For more information about our food truck, please give us a call. This will be the fastest way to get a quote for our services.

Quotes?
All formal quotes will be emailed to you and will be valid for 2 business days. If a deposit is made within the 2 days this will lock in your price for the event.
Add-ons are always available and can be added up to 1 week before your scheduled event.
Deposit Required?
Yes. Once a date and time is confirmed to be available for you, we will require 1/2 of the total balance to make your reservation. If paying by cash, Great! We offer a CASH incentive program! Stop into the bakery to pay your deposit and balance with cash to save some money. If you decide to pay by credit card there will be a 3.5% convenience fee added to the cost of your event.
When is the balance due?
1 week prior to your event. At this time payment in full will be required.
We also require 1 week notice prior to your event of your final guest count and if you would like any add-ons.
Cancellations/Rescheduling
Your 50% deposit is non-refundable for your KBFT reservation, however, if there is any reason that your event needs to postpone or reschedule we will require 1 weeks notice. If you do provide 1 weeks notice to reschedule, your deposit will transfer to another date and time.
*If Kriebel's has to cancel/reschedule you will not lose your deposit if rescheduling is based on circumstances beyond our control i.e. illness or death, storms, floods, snow/ice, fires, covid-19 shutdown, power loss etc.
*Kriebel's Bakery Food Truck reserves the right to Reschedule due to inclement weather or other act of god.***
After Final Payment is made
If you find you need to cancel/reschedule (0-6 days prior) Kriebel's Bakery Food Truck will need to retain 75% of your total payment as production of goods/staff and ingredients are already under way. We welcome you to reschedule your event as soon as you would like.
Delivery and areas that we serve
Primarily Montgomery County. We will serve within an hours drive from the Bakery (30 mile radius). Fees apply based on location
Kriebel's Bakery Food Truck reserves the right to approve or deny any location based on accessibility and availability. Sending pictures of the trucks parking destination will be required.
Saftey is Our 1st Priority
Area must have enough room to maneuver truck and trailer into a safe parking space. Ground must be level and solid ( we will not drive on grass)
